Come join our Musik Garten licensed teacher Kathy Kapsner this summer for Musik Garten's "Nature's Music". We will learn about the natural world through singing, dancing, listening, and playing simple instruments. Early childhood is the optimal time to develop listening skills, to play with rhythms, and to establish the foundation for singing and musical thought. For parents and their children from newborn through 5 years. Classes are held in the Senior Center at Guardian Angels Apartments at 300 Evans in Elk River. Todd Green in Concert October 26, 2009
Over 30 instruments, 4 digital samplers and a world of possibilities! Doug Green will be in Elk River in October doing a Residency for the Arts Alliance and local schools. A highlight of his visit will be a performance at Zabee Theater on October 26. Stay tuned for more details
The Continental Ballet returns to Elk River on December 13, 2009 and will perform The Nutcracker Suite.
